Gagan Dugal, 35, Managing Director of Matrix Cellular Services, which provides mobile services for those middle-class Indians that travel for business or pleasure, a figure of approximatelly 300 million people. Founder and director, he recently sold 10% of company to Times of India for $2.5 million. 18 offices in India and numerous others in Asia, Europe and the US; 900 people are employed in the company.
